How to Choose the Right Laser Cleaning Service

Start with the surface, the coating or contamination, and what has to happen after cleaning. A rusted steel beam, a smoke-damaged wall, a bronze monument, an injection mold and a coated machine part all need different laser settings, access planning and documentation.

Common Service Paths

Use the links below to match the project type to the right service page. Each page explains typical surfaces, site conditions, preparation steps and when laser cleaning is likely to be a good fit.

What We Review Before Recommending a Method

Before quoting, we review the substrate, coating thickness, contamination type, access, ventilation, surrounding materials, shutdown window, cleanup expectations and whether the surface needs to be painted, welded, inspected or returned to service. Projects involving lead-safe requirements, emissions capture, containment, or waste handling should also be reviewed against the Compliance Center.

Not Sure Which Service Fits?

Send photos or a short video of the surface, access conditions and surrounding area. We can usually tell you whether laser cleaning is worth a demo before scheduling site work.

What Makes a Quote Comparable

Give each contractor the same surface area, substrate, coating or contaminant, access conditions, work window and required end state. Ask the proposal to identify whether testing, containment, extraction, cleanup, waste handling, surface verification and return-to-service activities are included or excluded. This makes the method comparison more useful than comparing hourly rates alone.

Lower total project cost. Fewer compliance headaches.
