Laser cleaning is often a strong fit for rusted metal, soot-damaged masonry, coating removal, graffiti removal, weld prep, mold maintenance, restoration work and projects where blasting media, water intrusion, chemical residue or heavy cleanup create problems. The best next step is to send photos and basic project details so the surface, coating and access conditions can be reviewed.

How Project Review Moves Toward Mobilization

  1. Initial scope: photos, dimensions, substrate, coating or contaminant, location and desired end state.
  2. Compatibility review: identify uncertainties and decide whether a sample or on-site test area is needed.
  3. Site planning: confirm access, occupancy, work hours, ventilation, nearby materials, utilities and safety responsibilities.
  4. Written proposal: define the work area, inclusions, exclusions, acceptance criteria, schedule assumptions and documentation.

What the Proposal Should Make Clear

A useful proposal should state what will be removed, what will remain, how the result will be judged, and which party controls access, utilities, permits, containment, extraction, waste handling and final inspection. If conditions are concealed or variable, the proposal should explain how changes in coating thickness, substrate condition or access will be handled.
