Each contract includes a fleet inspection, prioritized cleaning schedule (worst vehicles first), before-and-after documentation, and emergency response for unscheduled needs. Contract clients get priority booking over ad-hoc requests.
Some older undercoatings may contain lead, asbestos, or other regulated constituents; material identification and testing must be addressed during project planning.
