This Fulfillment Policy explains how Tri-State Laser Cleaning LLC delivers services, sets prices, takes payment, and handles scheduling, cancellations, and refunds.

What We Provide

We provide mobile laser cleaning and surface preparation services performed on-site at your location or at an agreed work site across New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. We do not sell or ship physical products. Each job is specific to the substrate, the contaminant, and the site conditions.

Quotes and Pricing

We provide a total-project-cost estimate after we review the project details and, where needed, complete a site assessment or test patch. Pricing is presented as a fixed project total, not an hourly rate. The written estimate lists the scope, the work site, and the price. Pricing on the website is for planning and is not a binding offer until set in a written agreement.

Payment Terms

We accept payment by card, check, and bank transfer. Card payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. A deposit may be required to reserve a service date. The deposit amount is stated in your written estimate. The balance is due on completion of the work, unless net terms are set in writing for approved commercial or subcontract accounts.

Scheduling and Service Delivery

After you accept the estimate and the agreement is signed, we schedule a service date. Standard mobilization is within 48 hours for most jobs in the tri-state, with faster response available on request. Service is delivered on the scheduled date. Weather, site access, and safety conditions may require rescheduling.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule a booked job, contact us at least 48 hours before the service date. Cancellations made inside 48 hours of the service date may incur a mobilization fee to cover scheduled time and travel. Deposits applied to a cancelled job may be retained to cover that cost.

Refunds

Services are performed on-site and are specific to each project, so we do not offer refunds for completed work as a standard practice. If the result does not meet the scope in your written agreement, contact us within 2 days of completion and we will return to correct the work covered by the agreement.
